When?

On site support can be arranged for the following time slots

  • Monday to Friday Between 8:30am and 11:59pm
  • Saturday and Sunday Between 8:00am and 11.59pm

How Much?

A Computer Guy maintains a basic hourly on site charge of $99/hour. Standard on site call out is charged initially as $99 for the first hour (this includes call out) and then at $49.50 per 30 minute block thereafter.

  • On site Support : $99.00
  • Additional 30 minutes On site Support (after first hour) : $49.50
